Thomas Rowlandson – Aquatint Print From The English Dance Of Death “the Careful And The Careless”

“The Careful and the Careless led To join the living and the dead” Framed aquatint print from “The English Dance Of Death from The Designs Of Thomas Rowlandson”, by William Combe, published at R Ackerman’s, 101 Stand. Very good condition, clean, with very little speckling. There is some creasing along the bottom edge of the print, along with some pinholes in the paper from the thread binding (the artwork is not affected). The (modern) frame is also very good, with just a little wear from normal handling and display. Size of print (approx.) 12 x 21.5 cm. Size of frame (approx.) 25.5 x 33 cm.
