The Soft Spot Technology in the Evo X Tech laser welder ensures smooth, clean, and high-quality welds, particularly on highly reflective materials like rose gold, silver, and platinum. Compared to traditional laser welding, which can result in rough and uneven surfaces, Soft Spot technology optimizes the laser beam`s frequency and distribution, guaranteeing uniform material application. Designed with Orotig`s Smart Foot switch which is an alternative to the traditional footswitch It offers all the functions of a standard footswitch, plus the ability to adjust parameters by varying pressure, without interrupting the welding process. This enables quick parameter changes while welding, allowing better control over the laser`s effect on metal and improving the weld quality. The foot switch is plug-and-play, and its icon appears on the machine`s home screen for easy use. It controls three parameters: Power (0.1-0.5 kW), Time (0.1-0.5 ms), and Frequency (1-3 Hz). The integrated Power Factor Controller (PFC) enhances energy efficiency by reducing the load on the electrical grid, lowering electricity costs, and ensuring stable and safe performance throughout all welding operations.
