An original gouache painting on paper, likely from the late 19th century, categorised as an Mughal-style miniature. The scene depicts a stylized king or noble court scene with figures seated on an elevated platform, surrounded by attendants. It is mounted onto yellowed paper with a protective cover. The art itself is surrounded by text in Arabic and is ripped at the edges. There is more text on the back of the paper. There is a slight water stain. Picture measures 14cm by 20cm.
