Yellow gold flash plating solution 0.1 micron thickness Plates at room temperature 1g gold content per 200ml Nickel-free Cyanide solution The FG300 RT yellow plating solution from Heimerle + Meule is an innovative gold bath that achieves optimal decorative depositions of thin, nickel-free gold layers, ideal for flash plating. Developed by highly qualified specialists, this solution works perfectly at room temperature (20-30°C). It is very easy to handle, therefore achieving a fast and efficient processing result every time. The solution contains 1g of gold per 200ml and will deposit a thin layer of approximately 0.1 micron in yellow colour. This time saving solution has a high colour stability, even with low gold content and has optimal throwing power. In addition, the layers are deposited in a shine-maintaining manner, minimising clouding. It is important to read the information sheet before use. Following the outlined procedures are essential for optimal results as additional products and processes are needed. The solution contains undissolved salts, therefore you must shake the bottle well before use. Instructions for use: Tank: PPH tanks only Anode: Stainless steel (V2A) – 998 1428 Bath temperature: 20-30°C (room temperature) Voltage: 6V Add 800ml of Deionised water (997 6423) into a thoroughly cleaned tank Stirring continuously, slowly add the 200ml FG 300 RT The solution must be stirred until the chemicals have been dissolved and have fully merged with the water Exposition time for 0.1 micron: 20 seconds Please note: This bath contains cyanides and must not come into contact with acids or acidic solutions. The chemical must be stored sealed and has a limited shelf life (approx. 2 years after date of manufacturer). Always check the expiry date displayed on the bottle.
